Why Acne Reoccurs
For some, acne may be a temporary cause that flares up and then immediately reduces. #1: Hormonal fluctuations
Being the sore thumb of acne, hormone may be the main reason to why your acne keeps reappearing. Being a typical trigger to acne, hormones can be the cause of excess sebum secretion due to the elevated levels and shifts. This type of acne usually appears and maintains around the chin and forehead areas.

#3: Incomplete healing of previous acne
In order for acne to completely subside, you need to let it completely heal. Otherwise, this may cause room for a second breakout or a bigger case of cystic acne to form.
