Planning Your Clinic Visit
Before you embark on your clinic journey here in Korea, there are some check points that you should be aware of.
❗️Check point 1: Treatment Duration Time
For those who are on a tight schedule, it is especially important to first be aware of the treatment duration time. Most of our foreign patients visiting the clinic schedule their appointments at least three hours prior to their flight time.
As we are also uncertain about the number of patients visiting the clinic due to walk-ins, it is best to plan your appointments at least a couple hours prior to your next itinerary or your flight time!
Typically, our treatments usually take anywhere between one hour to one hour and a half for one treatment.
In the case of our most popular treatment Potenza, the duration time takes around one hour thirty minutes. However, the duration time may extend longer since Potenza is best when combined with skin boosters for added synergy effect.

❗️ Check point 2: Treatment Downtime
Being a radiofrequency microneedling treatment, Potenza is minimally invasive, with relatively less downtime compared to most treatments. In fact, Potenza boasts a downtime of redness for 4-5 hours, with makeup appliance and regular skincare routine being allowed the following day.
As shown in the image above, the needles in Potenza are ultra fine, and cause no damage to the deeper dermis (which could ask for longer downtime).
Why would downtime be important?
Treatment downtime requires patients to follow specific precautions in order for the skin to heal properly and regenerate appropriately. Since foreign visitors are typically in a tight schedule (usually outdoors), the sensitive skin may be heavily exposed to the sun and cause potential damage. For those who scheduled their appointments right before their flight, the dry flight atmosphere may sometimes disrupt the regeneration process for the skin if not treated properly. Therefore, it is important to also understand treatment downtime properly.
Planning a trip is hard, but trying to including a clinic treatment that requires time as well as downtime is even more difficult.
