For all the acne people out there, we know, touching your face anxiously for any new acne is the first step of your morning routine. If you had ever struggled with acne, the most annoying and anxious part of the journey is the reoccurrence. While there are many treatment options for acne, one of the prominent and surely effective way to stop it from reoccurring is through microneedling.

Why Does Acne Reoccur?

There are many reasons as to why acne forms and it’s usually difficult to pinpoint just one cause. Some of the reasons may include:

hormonal changes making the skin oiler, typically during the menstruation period
makeup or skincare products that are not compatible with your skin type

Let’s Talk About Acne and Pores

In this post, we will be talking about PRP Injections.

After drawing a small tube of blood, this becomes centrifuged (spun around) to separate plasma and platelets that are rich in regeneration. By combining with placenta and PDRN to form what’s known as a ‘buffy coat’, this mixture is re-injected into the skin. As a mixture rich in platelets, plasma and growth factors, this helps to heal the skin barrier and act as a great anti-inflammatory treatment for acne.

What is the order of treatments?
