You know that there will be a consultation but what goes on during and after that process? At LAMINE Skin Clinic, consultations are performed on a one-on-one basis with Dr. Kim based on the area and type of your skin concern. After step 0, the first step into the treatment is having a face analysis!

Step 0: Consultation

After walking into LAMINE Skin Clinic, you will be guided to fill out a basic information sheet that is used during the consultation process. It’s important to know that at LAMINE Skin Clinic, your consultations are always done one-on-one with our representative doctor Dr. Kim.

As each consultation is customized to each patient, you can be sure that your treatment is specially designed to maximize treatment effects and satisfaction.

Typically, there are a few things you must prepare before visiting our clinic:

any over the counter skin-related products you are using
other products/prescriptions you have tried or are still using
previous related-treatments you have tried
treatment(s) of interest

Preparing these things will help Dr. Kim in deciding the perfect treatment for your skin concerns!

Step 1: Face Analysis

If the consultation process helped to narrow down the type of treatment you will be receiving, the next step is to determine your current skin type and visually see how your skin may improve before and after the treatment.

Introducing Mark Vu Skin Analysis System, a precise and swift facial analysis system used in the first step of our treatment process! 🤩

The system uses multiple LED arrays that deliver both UV and visible light. In turn, it helps to diagnose the pigmentation, pores, (roughness of the) skin texture, and the amount of sebum in your face.

What are the analysis I can receive?

There are four types of skin analysis made by Mark Vu based on the type of light it shines:

NL: skin tone, dark circles
SL: skin texture, pores, wrinkles
PL: blemishes, rosacea
UV: deep pigmentation, sebum, porphyrin

Based on the results of the facial analysis, we recommend and decide on the type of treatment program to undergo!

After undergoing treatments, we help patients take the Mark Vu facial analysis again to compare the before and after results. Through this step, you can be sure to visibly see the results of our treatments!
